The Solopreneur Collective is a six-month experience with Tony Gaskins.From January through June 2027, we will work on life, love, and business.Because building a business should also mean building yourself.This collective is designed to develop the whole person.

Inside the Collective, you’ll learn how to turn your experience into an offer.You’ll explore the tools and systems that support a solopreneur business.You’ll map out practical steps toward the work you want to do.And you’ll strengthen the mindset required to keep showing up.

You’ll learn how to evaluate independent contractors before hiring them.How to communicate expectations, review their work, and build strong relationships.How to create systems and explore growth without building a W-2 employee team.And how to make decisions that fit your business, capacity, and season of life.

We’ll also address the person behind the business.Your discipline. Your confidence. Your boundaries. Your relationships.How you manage your time, protect your peace, and honor your commitments.Because your business is one part of your life, and every part deserves care.

We’ll meet live on Zoom one to two times each month.Each call will include teaching and an opportunity for questions and answers.Bring your ideas, your challenges, and your willingness to do the work.Come ready to learn, apply what you learn, and grow with intention.
